Janet Meyer, the owner, of JSM Estate Sales, is a life long resident of Central Florida and loves the Sunshine State. After serving over 31 years in law enforcement, she retired as a lieutenant with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and has been doing estate sales for the past 4 years. She has a passion for helping people and has been fortunate enough to carry that passion from her law enforcement career over to her business conducting estate sales.

Services Provided

When you hire us we will come in and ‘stage’ the entire contents of your home. Items are displayed professionally and in the best manner possible as to attract the attention of both the professional buyers and casual customers. The home will be transformed into a beautiful showroom as we carefully and meticulously display items on tables and shelving units for easy viewing and accessibility. Each and every item will be individually priced. A fair price from the onset eliminates the bickering and provides both the client and customer with the best price.

We will obtain permits, if required, and provide your neighbors with a courtesy notification flyer of the upcoming sale so they can be prepared for the increased traffic flow in the area. We will advertise your sale through social media and popular estate sale websites, which include descriptions and photos of items for sale. Large professionally designed signs will be placed in and around the neighborhood as to drive additional traffic to the sale.

Our staff wear matching uniforms and name plates and are readily available to assist customers as needed.

We do not allow large purses or bags inside the sale, however we do provide shopping baskets for the convenience of our customers.
